This is a 5 star place. Great food, great service and dog friendly on the patio. They are located downtown in the historic district. The owners came over and talked with us for awhile. The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. We ate out on the patio with our dog and they brought out a water bowl for her. This was our second visit and we were please both times.

Very friendly. Pet friendly too, there are many at outdoor seating. The staff brought us water bowl since it was sunny hot day. Great food. They do breakfast menu long hours on Sun.

First time here and ordered a make your own omelette n tried their chorizo n eggs. The food took a long time to arrive but the server was always attentive n checking on us. Besides the wait for our food, the place n the food was good. A place check out for sure.

Good prices. Orders were all wrong. My chicken salad sand was good. But needed more flavor. Cute place.

Went for breakfast with 6 people. The service was great, never had an empty coffee cup! The food was good also.

A great place for sandwiches. Our server was friendly and very quick. We had the black bean quesadilla as an appetizer, which was cheesy and super yummy with the salsa. Both our sandwiches were also delicious. All the ingredients seemed fresh and everything had great flavor.

Very pleasant eatery with good food. I ordered the butter pasta and it came with too much butter and garlic. We sent it back and it came back fine. Staff was good. Review by the Nin

Vicki's is one of the bright spots in the silver city resturant scene. Open for brkfst and lunch seven days a week, they serve good wholesome food with "cowboy" size portions. Waitstaff is always friendly, service is quick, food is great and prices are very reasonable. What more could you want? How about dinner? Vicki's offers Italian dinners on fri and sat nites from 5 -8 pm. All the above applies to their dinner fare as well. (My persoal fav is their prime rib, not Italian, but hey, its prime rib!) Do yourself a kindness, if you haven't already done so,give Vickies a try. Reservations not required. J. R. Carr

I had the pleasure of sitting on the patio here with my father at 7 AM on a beautiful June morning for some breakfast. The temperature was perfect, the deserted streets had a quiet peace about them, and the thought of chorizo and eggs fancied my soul. I'd heard good things about the chorizo and eggs and had to find out what the fuss was about. What I discovered was a healthy serving of this divine blend accompanied by a mountain of hashed browns. The chorizo was far too mild for me, but the flavor robust, so I really enjoyed these. The hashed browns were a bit oily for me, but again rich in flavor so I plowed right through them. Having a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice was really the icing on the cake. Oh, and the pleasant service. My father had some pancakes and clearly enjoyed them as well. Yet another great little spot in Silver City.

Blech. It all seemed to come from a can. Service was slow and food was something to forget. If there were more breakfast places here, it would be much easier to find a good breakfast. But there is slim pickins so unfortunately, there is little choice

If you stay at the Murray they'll give you a little voucher to use here. For that reason we came here, and it was good food. Probably some of the best hash I've ever had. I like the interior space, it's an old BPOE lodge. Service was fast and attentive. Definitely a good place to eat in Silver City.

I'm semi local, been eating at Vicki's on and off for 20 years. Consistently very good, popular with locals. Great salads and sandwiches for lunch, their Greek Sampler a favorite, German potato salad a favorite side. Couple weeks ago they had a shrimp, baby clam, scollop sauce over penne pasta lunch special that was outstanding. Food is fresh, staff friendly, ambiance pleasant, prices reasonable.

We went there for lunch while visiting Silver City. We had the mushroom sandwich, The food and service was excellent, you will enjoy. The building itself was the first Elks Lodge in New Mexico.

The reviews we read only mentioned breakfast. Stopped by this AM to a closed sign. Stopped again mid afternoon, they said they were just closing and really didn't seem to care about the incorrect info on Yelp. No to go menu to see what they offer. We were turned off to making another attempt.

Great breakfast place with lots of choices, huge servings, great coffee and very reasonable prices. The pancakes were large, fluffy and delicious and the coffee was nice and strong. Eggs and hash browns were very tasty. Service was friendly and quick. The space was somewhat unusual in that it seemed to be the lobby of a former Elks Lodge building. There were tables for eating outside if you wish. There were a number of locals eating at Vicky's, and it's easy to see why. The bill for our party of three was about $24, making it one of the best breakfast values we had on our three-week Southwest trip in June 2013. (Note: Vicky's is located two short blocks up from W. Broadway. Since it's a corner building, the address is listed as 315 N Texas St, but you actually enter Vicky's from W. Market St.)

I love love love Vickies! It is by far my favorite lunch spot in Silver City and maybe the whole southern part of New Mexico. The Greg's w/ pita bread, green chile, and swiss cheese are delicious! I can never get enough of it! Anything on the menu is great though. I love coming back to Silver City, so I can stop by at Vickies for a quality lunch!

been there for coupla breakfasts: excellent all around, esp for sw downhome atmosphere, with slight upscale feel that doesn't rankle. outdoor part must be good when weather gets warmer. looking forward to return

While in Silver City last Sunday morning I asked some local denizens (Trustafarians in the local argot) sitting outside a coffee shop for a local place within walking distance where I could get breakfast. In unison they said "Vicki's!" So Vicki's it was. Superior in every way to chain concepts, Vicki's is housed in an older house or building on Yankie street just off the main drag and walking distance to the Palace Hotel. The best part about breakfast was the fresh orange juice. The service was adequate and the breakfast certainly filled the bill. This place might be worth a visit for lunch or even dinner. The outdoor seating looked pretty cool, tables on a deck overlooking the main drag. It was too cold for me last week, otherwise I would have liked to sit outside.

Great breakfasts! This became our regular haunt for breakfast in Silver City. It was recommended by locals and rightly so!
